OK. Does the military ENJOY watching our soldiers die?

This is beyond belief. The military apparently has threatened to withhold the death benefits of soldiers who purchase body armor with their own money to protect them where the standard issue armor will not. This is bureaucracy gone mad.

It's been awhile since I've updated here, sorry! I've been battling a nasty bone spur and haven't been able to walk too well, so my life has consisted of pretty much just the stuff I absolutely have to do. Laundry. Groceries.
